It was during his time with Goldman Sachs (The Ayco Company L.P.), as part of one of the executive financial planning teams, that Wilson first realized pursuing a corporate career was not his passion. He wanted to make an impact and be an integral part of his friends and families financial lives. A graduate of Montclair State University with a degree in Finance & Management, Wilson Munoz finds great satisfaction in assisting others to achieve and understand true financial stability and success.
Wilson continuously strives to build long-term relationships with every person that he encounters. From young professionals looking to better manage their newfound paychecks and utilize employer benefits, to families trying to cut back on debt and save for college and retirement, to retirees wondering how to most efficiently spend down their assets. Wilson believes in a uniquely tailored—and highly personable— approach that’s built to work under all circumstances.
In addition to fostering close, personal relationships with his clients, Wilson also relies on the highly specialized infrastructure of Northeast Wealth Planners in order to provide optimum service and solutions. “Over and above the internal resources provided by our firm, we also have strategic alliances and specialized teams set in place for every major area of planning including investments, insurance planning, business planning and estate planning-to name just a few. Having this team of specialists at my fingertips is invaluable not only to me, but to the clients I serve as well.”
Wilson is a lifelong resident of New Jersey and is also fluent in Spanish. He was a member of the Montclair State University Men’s Soccer Team and continues to be involved with sports in his local community as well as being a trainer and past Regional Director for the Nike Elite Soccer Training Program throughout the East Coast. He is also a member of his local Rotary Club and is always looking to network with like-minded professionals.
